Our service drop program is set up to efficiently facilitate the connection of customers to new and existing TELUS infrastructure. Under the scope of this program, we place service drops related to communications and new build activities, both fibre and copper
We are equipped for both commercial and residential service drops, whether from an aerial feed (pole to the house) or an underground feed (underground service box to the house).
